Mr. Willey has been practicing oil and gas law for over 50 years. His practice is focused primarily on oil and gas transactions, such as participation agreements, operating agreements, oil and gas leases and purchase and sale agreements. Additionally, he conducts oil and gas title examinations and renders title opinions for lands in both Texas and Louisiana.
